Fusion

Yaesu System Fusion (YSF) is a fairly new digital standard in ham radio communication. It combines the the C4FM protocol with positioning data and delivers it to the remote user. Also it gives you the ability to connect to Wires-X, so that you can reach ham operators all over the world (where other Wires-X nodes are located). Clear audio and data with messages, pictures and voice messages can be send/received to other YSF users. And a bi benefit; it is backwards compatible with other analog equipment.

C4FM

I run my own YSF node station. A Yaesu FTM-100, HRI-200 modem and a laptop. Static room connection to OZ1KARA-ROOM. This node is public accessable and can be used by anyone capable of reaching my QTH via digital C4FM.
